spectator information

Getting to bastrop memorial stadium

Memorial Stadium Address is 755 TX -21 W  Cedar Creek, TX 78612.  

 

From Bastrop - take Hwy. 71 toward Austin, exit Hwy 21 turn left, travel 3 miles, stadium will be on your left

 

From Austin - take Hwy 71 toward Bastrop, exit Hwy 21, turn right, travel 3 miles, stadium will be on your left

Parking

Buses will park on the north side of the stadium.  Equipment trucks will park on the west side of the stadium between the warm up areas.  Spectators will park on the northeast & behind the visitor stands.  There will be overflow parking in the field directly behind the visitor stands if needed.  Parking monitors and signage along highway 21 will direct spectators and bands to the correct areas.  Spectators enter the stadium through the ticket booth entrance on the north side of the stadium.  See attached diagram of Memorial Stadium for additional information.

Schedule

The link to our events schedule is available here.  The schedule for finals will be announced at the end of Prelims Awards. The top 10 scores regardless of classification will advance to finals.  Best in class groups not in the top ten will have the option to perform in exhibition at the beginning of finals.  Finals performance order will be determined by a draw.  

admission

Adults - $15                  Students and children over 5 - $5

children under 5 - free

Tickets may be purchased online here or at the ticket booth on the day of the event.

 

Wristbands will be issued upon entry, and are required for exit and re-entry. Any person without a wristband or student not dressed in an official band shirt or uniform will be asked to purchase an admission ticket. 

 

There are no VIP passes for this event.

concessions

A full concession stand will be available with various food and drinks.

ATTENTION:  Outside food is not allowed in the stadium.  Using grills or other means to cook meals is prohibited on stadium grounds.

Official Lost Pines Marching Festival Merchandise will be available for purchase at our merchandise table. â€‹

shoutouts

Want a special message read by the announcer to your favorite band member/s? Purchase a Shout-Out for only $2.00

Shout-outs can be purchased at the "Shout-out" booth

weather

Event staff will monitor the weather during the event. We will follow the UIL Lightning Safety recommendations. In the event of lightning, please return to your vehicles, and have students return to their buses.

first aid

A first aid tent is located where the bands exit the field (see map below).  A volunteer nurse will be available as needed for minor injuries, and/or dehydration.  Please ensure that everyone has had food and water before performing.  You may contact any event staff for directions or assistance.

clear bag policy

Bastrop ISD has a clear bag policy in place for all athletic facilities.
